Our third "Wild about Wildlife" sprint featured Rebecca Dmytryk, owner of Humane Wildlife Control Inc. Rebecca is an Agoura High Alumna who has worked with wildlife since the early 1980s and is a leading authority on wildlife capture. She has over a decade of trial and error experience in barn owl nest box design and function.
Our second "Wild About Wildlife" sprint featured Korinna Domingo and Kelsey Bernard of Cougar Conservancy. We are grateful to the team for sharing their expertise and insights on coexisting with cougars in our area.
We kicked off our Old Agoura Homeowners "Wild About Wildlife" sprint with Cambria Wells, Education and Outreach Manager, California Wildlife Center (CWC). It was wonderful and we are so grateful to have CWC so close to Agoura Hills!
We had our first webinar of 2021 on March 31st! The topic was coexisting with mountain lions. Our presenters were Cathy Schoonmaker of the National Park Service and Korinna Domingo of Cougar Conservancy. The video is 1:01 minutes.
