Annandale II Gopher Ground Squirrel Project

Living with Rattlesnakes

On March 30, we had our first webinar of 2022. John Lauermann, Sharon Shingai, and Zeev Nitzan Ginsburg of the Herp Connection provided us with valuable information on snakes!

Annandale II Gopher Ground Squirrel Project

Topanga Banjo and Fiddle Contest and Folk Festival

We're currently working on a seasonal study to test out products that repel and deter gophers and ground squirrels. We finished our first four weeks and Mayor Lopez was present at our ribbon-cutting ceremony to cut the ribbon!

The Farm School Visit

The Farm School Visit

We were delighted to speak to students at The Farm School! Cathy Schoonmaker of NPS is the best! I don't know what Poison Free Agoura would do without her!

The Story of Oliver

All About Oliver!

Cathy Schoonmaker of the National Park Service and I had the wonderful opportunity to visit students at The Farm School. We shared information on coexisting with our wildlife, and the impact rodent poisons have on our wild friends. We are thankful to Jenny Seeds and Molly Baker for inviting us to The Farm School and making the day special. My presentation involved the Great Horned Owl I see at our home! I've named him Oliver. Here is his story!
